Matching service only. Under Florida Chapter 482 we are not a certified operator. We do not spray, bait, tent, or inspect.
Matching service. Attic noise after dusk is a rodent note for a licensed operator. Orlando West Pest Care does not trap, bait, or wildlife-proof a roof.
Windermere canopy lots and older west Orange streets give roof rats what they already know how to use: trees, fences, and utility lines. UF/IFAS landscaping guidance says to prune limbs off the house because rodents — including the roof rat (Rattus rattus) — use limbs as a highway. The same publication notes that roof rats can jump about three feet vertically and more than four feet horizontally. That is why a palm boot or an oak six inches from the soffit is not a decorative detail.
CDC’s seal-up page is the public-health version: find gaps, close them with materials rodents cannot chew through, keep food and garbage tight, and do not leave pet food out overnight. Glue boards and a matching website are not that program.
Florida’s pest control definition includes rodents (Fla. Stat. § 482.021). A licensed operator who already works this side of town decides on exclusion, trapping, and whether wildlife permitting even enters the conversation. We do not.
What to send. City or ZIP, attic versus lanai, and whether trees touch the roof. We match. We do not invent a bait aisle.
