Matching service only. Under Florida Chapter 482 we are not a certified operator. We do not spray, bait, tent, or inspect.
Attics, soffits, and tree highways
UF/IFAS landscaping guidance notes that roof rats (Rattus rattus) can jump about three feet vertically and more than four feet horizontally, and that they use limbs as a highway into a house (UF/IFAS, Landscaping Methods to Prevent Pests (IN1397)). CDC’s seal-up page is the public-health version of exclusion: find gaps, close them, keep food and garbage tight (CDC, How to seal up to prevent rodents).
Windermere canopy lots and west Orange streets with oaks on the soffit show up in match notes as night noise in the attic. That is a licensed operator job. Chapter 482 includes rodent control in the pest control definition (Fla. Stat. § 482.021 (definitions)).
What we do not do
We do not trap, bait, or wildlife-proof a roof. We match.
