Matching service only. Under Florida Chapter 482 we are not a certified operator. We do not spray, bait, tent, or inspect.
Empty houses still get pests
Horizon West, Waterleigh, Stoneybrook West, and south Lake HOA streets send letters when a house sits between owners, tenants, or snowbird seasons. Palmetto bugs, ants, and mosquitoes do not pause for an empty kitchen. The licensed category still depends on the notes — general household pest is not a WDO inspection (Fla. Stat. § 482.021 (definitions)).
We match vacant and snowbird homes with a licensed local operator who already works that side of town. We do not hold gate codes, and we do not list a clubhouse as an office.
What we do not do
We do not spray a lockbox house. We do not invent a shop address so an HOA packet looks local. ReadFla. Stat. ch. 482 (Pest Control).
