Matching service only. Under Florida Chapter 482 we are not a certified operator. We do not spray, bait, tent, or inspect.
Matching service. We do not write WDO reports, inspect wood, or tent houses. A licensed operator does.
Real estate in Orange and Lake counties still asks for a wood-destroying organism inspection. That is not a casual walkthrough. Fla. Stat. § 482.226 governs WDO inspection reports, notice, and related duties. Chapter 482 also defines “termites and other wood-destroying organisms pest control” as its own category, separate from general household pest control and from fumigation (Fla. Stat. § 482.021).
UF/IFAS tells homeowners why identification matters before anyone talks treatment: subterranean termites, drywood termites, and other wood-destroying organisms are different jobs. Swarmers (winged reproductives) and soldiers are the useful forms for identification. Mud tubes are evidence of subterranean termites. Drywood signs include pellets and kickholes. Fumigation — tenting — is a tightly defined, hazardous activity. This matching site does not perform it.
If the notes are “closing next week” or “HOA wants a letter,” say so. If the notes are swarmers on a windowsill, say that too. Those may still be a WDO match, not a palmetto-bug match.
FDACS regulates the companies that can do this work. Orlando West Pest Care is not one of them. We match you with a licensed local pest control operator who already works west Orange or south Lake.
